Our Nano-Roasting Approach
We believe in sharing the highest quality roasted coffee we can, and to do so we're making small batches even smaller. The smaller the batch of coffee, the more quality and consistency we can ensure. Your coffee will never be roasted in batches larger than 1kg. Our producers worked hard to grow quality coffee, and we want to honor that work through our nano-roasting approach.
We roast fresh every Wednesday, so place your order before midnight on Tuesday to be included on this week's cycle. Orders placed after midnight will be roasted the following week to ensure you're always receiving the freshest coffee.
About Seasonal Offerings
You may come to notice we no longer have your favorite coffee or that our coffee origins have changed drastically.
So what's up?
As we seek to offer quality coffee that's ethically sourced, our coffee offerings are based on seasonality. The coffee being produced and harvested at any given time is the coffee we want to be buying and selling. So with lots of our coffees, when we sell out of a coffee the replacement will be the next coffee harvested.
