As a fair trade and organic certified co-op, Central Café y Cacao del Perú started with 25 producers and has grown to 500 in total. We aspire to offer direct trade offerings, but with the global climate we are working to bring in new coffees from companies that are open with their sourcing and promote fair trade partnerships. As such, we acquired this coffee through Keffa Coffee and are excited to share our first dark roast offering!
